These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and the purchase of any products from The PT Pack (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By placing an order or purchasing any product from this website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by:
• These Terms & Conditions; and
• Our Licence Agreement (as referenced below).
If you do not agree, you must not purchase from this website.
1. NATURE OF PRODUCTS
The PT Pack provides digital creative assets, templates, guides and branded materials for personal trainers and online coaches.
All products are digital unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Certain products include customisation based on brand information submitted by the customer.
2. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
You confirm that:
• You are at least 18 years old
• All information provided is accurate
• You own or have legal permission to use any logos, brand names, trademarks or materials submitted to us
We are not liable for any intellectual property disputes arising from materials you provide.
You are responsible for submitting accurate brand information at the time of purchase (or promptly thereafter).
3. CUSTOMISATION & ABANDONED ORDERS
Where brand information is required:
• Customisation will not begin until all required assets are received.
• You are responsible for ensuring all submitted materials (including logo files, brand colours and business name) are final and correct.
• If required information is not provided within 30 days of purchase, we reserve the right to close the order without refund.
All customisation is completed based strictly on the information provided at the time of submission.
Revisions & Scope of Service
The PT Pack is a structured digital product, not a bespoke design service.
Unless explicitly stated on the product page, your purchase does not include revisions, redesigns, alterations, or iterative feedback rounds.
Once customisation has been completed and files delivered:
• No revisions are included.
• No colour adjustments are included.
• No logo swaps are included.
• No layout changes are included.
• No additional edits are included.
If you subsequently:
• Change your logo
• Update your brand colours
• Rebrand your business
• Wish to adjust design elements
• Request alternative versions
You will be required to re-order.
Minor changes, small tweaks, or “quick edits” are not included unless expressly agreed in writing.
By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept the fixed-scope nature of the product.
4. DELIVERY
All products are delivered digitally via email.
Delivery Timeframes
Any delivery times stated on our website (including priority delivery options such as 12-hour delivery) are estimates only.
We aim to deliver in accordance with the stated timeframe but do not guarantee delivery by a specific time or date.
Delays may occur due to:
• Incomplete or incorrect brand submissions
• Technical issues
• High demand
• Circumstances beyond our control
Failure to meet an estimated delivery timeframe does not entitle you to cancellation or refund.
5. LICENCE & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All products, templates, designs, and creative materials remain the intellectual property of The PT Pack.
Purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the assets strictly for your own personal training or coaching business, in accordance with our Licence Agreement.
You may:
• Customise the assets for your own brand
• Use them across your own marketing channels
You may not:
• Re-sell, redistribute, sublicense, share or transfer the files
• Duplicate the assets for resale
• Provide them to other coaches, agencies or businesses
• Use them to create competing template packs or derivative products for sale
• Upload them to any marketplace
• Claim ownership of the underlying design or intellectual property
Unauthorised use or redistribution may result in legal action and immediate revocation of your licence.
6. WATERMARK REMOVAL
Where watermark removal is offered as an additional paid option:
• Removal of a watermark does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property.
• All intellectual property rights remain with The PT Pack.
7. REFUNDS
Due to the digital and custom nature of our products:
All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds once:
• Digital files have been delivered
• Customisation has begun
• Access has been provided
If a technical issue arises due to an error on our part, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery and we will work to rectify the issue.
8. CHARGEBACKS
By purchasing from this website, you agree not to initiate a chargeback without first contacting us to attempt resolution.
Where a chargeback is initiated for delivered digital goods:
• Your licence to use the assets may be revoked
• Legal recovery of funds may be pursued
• Administrative fees may apply
9. COMPATIBILITY DISCLAIMER
We are not responsible for compatibility issues with third-party platforms or software unless explicitly stated on the product page.
It is your responsibility to ensure you have the appropriate software required to use the files.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We provide creative assets only.
We do not guarantee:
• Specific business results
• Client acquisition
• Revenue increases
• Social media growth
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of our products.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.
11. LICENCE REVOCATION
We reserve the right to revoke access and licence to use our products where these Terms or the Licence Agreement are breached.
12. AMENDMENTS
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. The version in force at the time of purchase will apply to your order.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
