What do I actually get?
What you receive depends on the option you choose.
Basic includes the Complete Client System, Onboarding Guide, Training 101, Nutrition 101, Lifestyle 101, Mindset 101 and Smart Swaps resources.
Pro includes everything in Basic, plus the full Instagram content library. This includes Feed and Story resources for transformations, testimonials, quotes, client spotlights, welcome posts and more.
How much does The PT Pack cost?
The PT Pack Basic costs £49, reduced from £99. The PT Pack Pro costs £119, reduced from £199. Optional custom branding can be added to either pack for £20.
Can I add my own logo and brand colours?
Yes. Custom branding is available as an optional £20 add-on. After purchase, the PT Pack team will contact you to collect your logo and brand colours and apply them to the eligible resources.
How does custom branding work?
Add custom branding to your order for £20. After checkout, the PT Pack team will email you to collect your logo and brand colours. The team will then apply them to the relevant resources and send your customised version to you.
What is the difference between Basic and Pro?
Basic contains the core systems and client-facing resources needed to onboard, guide and support your coaching clients.
Pro contains everything in Basic and adds the complete Instagram content library. Pro is designed for coaches who want resources for both client delivery and social media content.
Is The PT Pack a digital product?
Yes. The PT Pack is delivered entirely digitally. No physical product will be posted to you.
Is The PT Pack software?
No. The PT Pack is a digital collection of business and coaching resources, not client-management software or a subscription platform.
Is The PT Pack a subscription?
No. The PT Pack is a one-off purchase with no monthly or recurring subscription charge.
What formats are the resources delivered in?
The PT Pack is delivered through Canva and Google Sheets, depending on the resource. No specialist or paid software is required.
Is The PT Pack editable?
The PT Pack is supplied as a collection of ready-to-use resources, rather than as a DIY editable design-template pack. Google Sheets resources can be used as intended, but changes to the visual branding, including logos and colours, are handled through the optional custom-branding service.
Do I need design experience?
No. The resources have already been designed and prepared for you. You do not need to create the documents yourself or have any previous design experience.
Do I need Canva Pro?
No. You do not need a paid Canva Pro subscription to access and use the resources supplied through Canva. You may need a free Canva account.
How quickly is custom branding completed?
Your customised resources will normally be delivered within 48 hours after the PT Pack team has received all the required branding information from you. Delivery terms apply.
When do I receive access?
Access to the standard PT Pack is provided digitally after checkout. If you purchase custom branding, the PT Pack team will contact you separately to collect your logo and colours before preparing and delivering your customised resources.
Do I get lifetime access?
Yes. Your purchase includes ongoing access to the version of The PT Pack you purchased, with no recurring subscription payments.
Can I share the resources with my clients?
Yes. The PT Pack is designed so personal trainers and coaches can use and share the included client-facing guides and resources with their own coaching clients as part of their services.
Can I share The PT Pack with another personal trainer or coach?
No. You may use the resources within your own personal training or coaching business and share the relevant client-facing resources with your own clients. You must not share the complete pack, source files or access links with another trainer, coach or business.
Can I resell The PT Pack resources?
No. The resources cannot be resold, redistributed, sublicensed or offered as a standalone product. Your purchase allows you to use the resources within your own coaching business and with your own clients.
Can I use the resources with more than one client?
Yes. You may use the relevant client-facing resources with multiple clients within your own personal training or coaching business. You may not distribute the pack to other coaches or businesses.
Is The PT Pack suitable for newly qualified personal trainers?
Yes. The PT Pack can help newly qualified personal trainers establish professional client systems without creating every resource from scratch. It is also suitable for established coaches who want to improve or standardise their existing processes.
