The PT Pack is a digital product. No physical items are shipped.
All products are delivered electronically via email or secure download link.
HOW DELIVERY WORKS

Complete your purchase

Submit your brand information (logo, colours, business name where required)

We customise your pack

Your files are delivered digitally to the email address provided at checkout
Delivery will only begin once all required brand assets have been received.
STANDARD DELIVERY
Our standard delivery timeframe is stated on the product page.
This timeframe begins once:
• Payment has been received; and
• All required brand information has been submitted in full.
PRIORITY DELIVERY (WHERE PURCHASED)
If you purchase a priority delivery upgrade (e.g. 12-hour delivery):
• The timeframe begins once full brand information has been submitted.
• Delivery times are calculated in working hours unless otherwise stated.
• Priority delivery moves your order to the front of the queue.
Priority delivery is non-refundable once work has commenced.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
All delivery times are estimates.
We aim to deliver within the timeframe advertised, but we do not guarantee delivery by a specific time or date.
Delays may occur due to:
• Incomplete brand submissions
• Incorrect file formats
• High demand
• Technical issues
• Circumstances beyond our control
Failure to meet an estimated timeframe does not entitle you to cancellation or refund.
IMPORTANT: BRAND SUBMISSIONS
You are responsible for ensuring that:
• Your logo file is final
• Your brand colours are correct
• All submitted information is accurate
Customisation is completed strictly using the materials provided.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect submissions.
REVISION POLICY
The PT Pack is a structured digital product.
Delivery includes one completed customisation based on the information submitted.
Revisions, redesigns, or post-delivery adjustments are not included unless explicitly stated on the product page.
If you later:
• Change your logo
• Update your colours
• Rebrand your business
A new purchase will be required.
HOW YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR FILES
Your completed PT Pack will be delivered via:

Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see your delivery email.
You are responsible for downloading and securely storing your files once delivered.
DIGITAL ACCESS SECURITY
Once files have been delivered:
• We are not responsible for lost files due to deletion or failure to download.
• We are not responsible for unauthorised sharing of files.

It is your responsibility to ensure you have the appropriate software required to use the delivered files.
