The PT Pack sells digital resources for personal trainers and online fitness coaches, available as individual products or as part of The PT Pack bundle.

All products are delivered digitally. No physical products are shipped.

Delivery depends on whether you purchase a standard digital product or an eligible product with our optional Custom Branding service.

STANDARD DIGITAL PRODUCT DELIVERY

If you purchase an individual resource or The PT Pack bundle without Custom Branding, your digital products are available after checkout.

How it works

  1. Complete your purchase.

  2. Receive access to your purchased resources via the email address provided at checkout and/or the download link provided after purchase.

  3. Open, download or create your own copy of the resources using the instructions provided.

There is no customisation waiting period for standard digital product purchases.

If your access email does not arrive shortly after purchase, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.

CUSTOMISED PRODUCT DELIVERY

If you purchase our optional Custom Branding service with an eligible product or bundle, our team will customise the applicable resources using your supplied branding.

Custom Branding is only available for products where this option is expressly offered at the time of purchase.

How it works

  1. Complete your purchase, including the Custom Branding option where available.

  2. We will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

  3. Send us the requested brand assets, including your logo and brand colours.

  4. We customise the applicable resources included in your purchase.

  5. Your completed branded resources are delivered digitally by email.

Your customisation delivery timeframe does not begin until we have received all required brand assets and information.

STANDARD CUSTOMISATION TIMEFRAME

Our standard Custom Branding delivery timeframe is within 48 hours of receiving your complete brand assets, unless a different timeframe is clearly stated on the product page at the time of purchase.

The delivery window begins once we have received everything reasonably required to complete your customisation.

If information or files are missing, unclear or unusable, the delivery window may not begin until the issue has been resolved.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

We aim to meet all delivery timeframes advertised on our website.

Customisation delivery may be delayed where:

  • Brand assets have not been supplied.

  • Information supplied is incomplete or incorrect.

  • Logo files are unusable or unsuitable for customisation.

  • We need clarification from you before completing the work.

  • There are technical issues or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, delivery timeframes are estimates and do not constitute a guarantee that delivery will occur at a specific minute or time of day.

We will always make reasonable efforts to complete your order within the advertised timeframe.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights regarding the supply and delivery of digital content or services.

YOUR BRAND SUBMISSION

When purchasing Custom Branding, you are responsible for ensuring that the information and assets you provide are accurate and final.

This includes ensuring that:

  • Your logo is the correct and final version.

  • Your brand colours are accurate.

  • Your business or brand name is correct.

  • Any other requested information is supplied accurately.

We customise your purchased resources using the information and assets you provide.

We are not responsible for errors or delays resulting from incorrect, incomplete or outdated information supplied by you, except where responsibility arises from our own failure to exercise reasonable care and skill.

WHAT CUSTOM BRANDING INCLUDES

Custom Branding is an optional service available for selected products and bundles. It applies your supplied branding to the eligible resources included in your purchase, as specified on the relevant product page.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, Custom Branding includes the agreed application of your:

  • Logo

  • Brand colours

  • Business or brand identity

Custom Branding does not include a complete redesign of the resources, creation of a new visual identity, logo design or unrestricted design revisions.

Purchasing Custom Branding for an individual resource does not include customisation of other resources or the complete PT Pack bundle.

Only the resources specified as eligible for Custom Branding on the relevant product page will be customised.

REVISIONS & CHANGES

Your customisation is completed based on the assets and information submitted to us.

Revisions, redesigns or changes after delivery are not included unless explicitly stated as part of the product or service purchased.

If, after your order has been completed, you:

  • Change your logo.

  • Change your brand colours.

  • Rebrand your business.

  • Want a different design direction.

  • Supply replacement brand assets.

Additional customisation work may require a new Custom Branding purchase.

This does not affect corrections required where we have made an error when applying the branding originally supplied by you, or any other statutory rights you may have.

HOW YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR FILES

Digital products and completed customised resources may be delivered through:

  • An email containing your access or download link; and/or

  • A secure digital download page or link.

Delivery will be made using the email address supplied during checkout.

Please ensure your email address is entered correctly and check your spam or junk folder if you cannot locate your delivery email.

Some resources may be accessed through third-party platforms and require you to create your own copy of the original template.

Instructions for accessing and using your purchased resources will be provided where applicable.

DOWNLOADING & STORING YOUR FILES

Once your purchased resources have been made available to you, you should download, duplicate or securely save your own copies, as appropriate for the relevant file format.

We cannot guarantee that download links or hosted files will remain available indefinitely, subject to any applicable statutory obligations.

ACCESS & SHARING

All digital products purchased from The PT Pack, whether individually or as part of a bundle, are licensed for use within your own personal training or coaching business.

You may share completed client-facing guides, resources and documents with your own clients where those materials are intended for client use.

You must not:

  • Resell or redistribute The PT Pack bundle or individual resources themselves.

  • Share purchased source files or editable templates with other personal trainers, coaches or businesses.

  • Allow another person or business to copy, reuse or commercially exploit your purchased templates.

  • Resell individual PT Pack resources as standalone products unless we expressly permit this.

You are responsible for keeping your original files, templates and access links secure.

These restrictions do not prevent you from using the resources for their intended purpose within your own coaching business.

FILE FORMATS & COMPATIBILITY

Our digital resources are provided in different formats depending on the product purchased, including:

  • Canva

  • Tally

  • Google Docs

  • Google Sheets

  • Notion

The applicable format is specified on each product page.

Some resources may require you to create a free account with the relevant third-party platform to access, edit or duplicate your templates.

You are responsible for maintaining access to the relevant platforms and saving your own copies of purchased resources where applicable.

We are not responsible for changes, restrictions, outages or compatibility issues caused by third-party platforms outside our reasonable control.

This does not affect your statutory rights where the digital content supplied is faulty or does not conform to your purchase.
